My mom was a dance teacher as I was growing up...teaching on her hip before I could walk inspired me to have a deep desire to help people discover their maximum potential. Life challenges guided me toward discovering more of me & realized there is WAY more to life than the physical wellbeing. So, I am here with a safe, inclusive, healing environment to help you discover a sustainable healthy lifestyle...whatever that looks like for you! I have proven programs that work - life, wellness & fitness - to share with you.

We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits (whatever healthy is to you) and trust your own path, you discover your own uniquely special sustainable healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Tina is a human movement expert, certified personal trainer, exercise physiologist, strength coach, performance specialist, and corrective exercise specialist. She will work with you to develop a customized fitness plan that fits your goals and abilities. She offers one-on-one, small group training sessions, online & limited in person. All of her packages includes some level of personal training.
Dr. Tina started teaching fitness classes at 16 years old and taught with her mom growing up. She is certified in almost all fitness certifications and certifies group fitness professionals. She loves doing & teaching it all! Her certification list is long...Group Fitness, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Resistance training, TaiChi, YoChi, Strength & Conditioning
Dr. Tina is a certified WellCoach, Life Coach, Behavior Change Specialist, Biblical Health Coach. She will help you identify and overcome the obstacles that are holding you back from optimal health & life.She offers a variety of coaching packages to fit your needs.
Dr. Tina has always enjoyed writing and researching health & wellness. As long as I can remember, she has joked about using her body and kitchen as her lab. She loves cooking for and with her boys! She has led research studies for corporations and universities to identify wellness and program needs. Her latest joy is research to help develop and add to the body of fitness and wellness coaching bodies of knowledge.
Why we do it? We all suffer from training overload. What’s the latest training? What’s the latest implementation process? We have all gone to incredible training sessions and walked away with great ideas and intentions. Have you tried to implement several new principles learned only to find yourself burned out and unable to maintain the success you were promised? Fact is, it is all about you. We don’t need all of that. We focus on the basics in a safe, simple, motivating environment. We dig down deep and find out what you want and what works best for you. Because in the end, we just want you to be successful and find congruency between business, life, and health.
Dr. Tina earned her first fitness certification in 1992...before a certification was required. Her deep passion for the fitness and coaching industry and proper credentialling has guided her teaching and desire to help seasoned professionals, growing professionals and even those considering entering the profession.
