I’m Dr. Tina—educator, coach, speaker, and founder of InnergizeU™.
For nearly 40 years, I’ve taught, coached, and developed programs that have impacted over 100,000 students and professionals across the world.
On paper, I was doing everything “right”—teaching health, wellness, and performance at the highest level.
But what I began to see—both in others and in myself—was this:
We were surrounded by information…
but disconnected from integration.
High-achieving. High-capacity.
But often running on empty.
That realization changed everything.
Whether I’m in a classroom, on a stage, online, retreats, workshops, coaching group or one-on-one…I create spaces that are:

I’m a single mom of three, and they have been my greatest teachers, my grounding, and my reason to keep growing—personally and professionally. Life didn’t always look the way I imagined, but it became something even more meaningful.
I always believed my girls would come into my life one day…
and now, watching our family grow in new ways has filled my heart in the sweetest, most unexpected way. Being their mom has been the greatest honor—and stepping into this season as a grandma has made it even sweeter.

Movement has always been a part of my story.
I grew up with my mom as a dance teacher—
and before I could even walk, I was teaching on her hip.
By 16, I had taken over her studios…right there in our basement.
Some of you may even remember it—
Dinah’s School of Dance—where the music was loud,
the floors were scuffed, and the joy was real.
And that’s where it started.
Helping people move.
Helping people believe.
Helping people step into something more.
All these years later…
I still love, love, love ❤️ teaching fitness and movement in all its forms.
From group fitness to strength training, from intentional movement to performance-based training—there is nothing like watching someone reconnect with their body, build confidence, and realize they’re capable of more than they thought. But over time, something became even more clear to me…
Movement is powerful—but transformation doesn’t stop there.
Because you can train the body all day long…
but if the mind is overwhelmed, the energy is depleted, or the identity isn’t aligned—
It doesn’t last. That’s where coaching comes in.
What started as teaching movement evolved into coaching the whole person:
So now, I don’t just teach workouts…
I coach people into alignment.
I help them build strength they can actually live in.
I guide them to reconnect from the inside out.
Because real transformation isn’t just about how you move—
It’s about how you live.
And that’s the work I still feel deeply called to do every single day.

I look back with so much gratitude for where it started.
I stand in deep appreciation for where I am.
And I feel so much excitement for where it’s going.
