Through mentorship, faith-based encouragement, fitness, and life coaching, we equip single moms to move from survival mode to a place of confidence, covering, and becoming.

Solo Warrior Mom interventions are designed to meet women in one of the most demanding seasons of life—where they are often carrying the full weight of parenting, provision, and personal responsibility on their own.

Why this matters:

Because many single moms are not lacking strength—
they’re lacking support, strategy, and sustainable systems.

Without intervention, the result is often:

  • chronic stress and burnout 
  • emotional exhaustion and isolation 
  • limited time for personal health and growth 
  • survival-mode living instead of purposeful living 

What We Do

Dr. Tina’s interventions are based on her research-informed, lived experience, and real-life tested, utilizing surveys, interviews, focus groups and behavioral, physiological,  and lifestyle-based insights to identify effective strategies that support single moms in sustainable, meaningful ways.

These interventions are designed to move women from survival → stability → strength → becoming through:

  • Confidence & identity rebuilding
    Reconnecting to purpose, value, and internal strength

    Simple, realistic approaches to fitness, recovery, and daily capacity

Dr. Tina has an active online and in person devotional group with an online community for single moms around the world to connect, be supported and guided through the program.  She is writing a 21 day challenge, leader guide and video support materials that connects. She currently has a focus group both online and in person. Each single mom, church or small group that purchases the book will have access to the online community and support.  Her hope is more churches around the world will be prepared and supported to offer single mom small groups and ministries.

Ageless Strength Interventions: Why They Matter

As we age, many individuals experience a gradual decline in strength, mobility, energy, and confidence—often accepting it as inevitable.

Why this matters:

Because without the right support, aging can lead to:

  • decreased independence 
  • increased risk of injury and chronic conditions 
  • loss of confidence in movement 
  • reduced quality of life 

But aging doesn’t have to mean decline.

With the right approach, it can be a season of strength, vitality, and continued growth.

What We Do

The Ageless Strength Method is both research-informed and real-life tested, utilizing surveys, interviews, and biomechanical and physiological testing to identify effective strategies that support individuals at every stage of life.

This method focuses on building sustainable, functional strength through:

  • Movement longevity & joint health
    Improving mobility, stability, and proper mechanics 
  • Strength & functional capacity
    Supporting daily activities with confidence and ease 
  • Energy & metabolic health
    Enhancing endurance, recovery, and overall vitality 
  • Mental confidence & resilience
    Rebuilding trust in the body and reducing fear of movement

    Removing overwhelm and focusing on what truly works 

The Outcome

The Why

When we apply the right strategies—grounded in both science and real life—

we elevate how those years are lived.

Dr. Tina is preparing a summit of experts to further investigate interventions and to be a resource for aging population 40 and up.  She plans to write a book and offer online and in person community support.  Her hope is to support and connect others as well offer support to fitness and community centers to better understand how to best support.


Funds needed: metabolic testing packs and funding support for clients to participate for low cost or scholarships for coaching and training.

  • transitions in and out of their sport

Dr. Tina has an active online and in person devotional group with an online community for cheerleaders and dancers from around the world of all ages and levels.  She wrote a devotional for teams.  She is currently working on writing a devotional for youth groups and alumnae.  She has a goal to write a leader guide for sponsors and coaches to walk alongside the groups.  She currently has multiple collegiate dance teams and youth group.  She meets online live with them each week - her goal is to meet bimonthly with the online group.  
Funds needed:  republish team devotional, publish youth group and alumnae devotionals, online community fees that connect and host free programs for cheerleaders and dancers, scholarships for coaching and support

Dr. Tina has current research under review in peer review journal publication within this area.  Once the work is published, she will continue developing in this area.  Her hope is to help develop online educators - specifically online health science labs and adult learners - live out who they are to online students and teaching philosophy as they would in the classroom.  More to come.

Dr. Tina is passionate helping others discover motivation and self efficacy in living out a sustainable healthy lifestyle, significance, life meaning and getting back on track in life. Her research focuses on self determination theory, self cognitive theory, transtheoretical model of change and social ecological model of change.  She currently surveys students, online participants and clients to better understand interventions needed.  Her hope is to make an impact in those areas have make a difference in her own life, to grow the body of knowledge and develop behavior change curriculum and interventions that work.  More to come.
